By accessing or using Funenglish.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old. For users under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
3. Services
Funenglish.uk provides online English classes, including group and private lessons. A free trial session is available for new users. Services are provided after a user fills out our sign-up form and our team contacts them to guide through the next steps.
4. Accounts
No formal LMS accounts are required; access is managed via our internal CRM. Users must provide accurate information: name, email, phone, English level, learning goals, and preferred class type. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details if applicable.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are made via bank transfer. Refunds are available for group classes only, provided they are requested before completing two classes after the trial session. Refunds for private classes or after this period are not available.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to: Harass teachers or classmates. Request personal contact information of teachers. Record lessons (audio/video) without permission. Share login credentials or attempt unauthorized access. Engage in any behavior that disrupts the learning environment. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Funenglish.uk, including lessons, videos, and materials, is owned by Funenglish.uk. Users may not copy, distribute, or share content without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Funenglish.uk does not guarantee specific learning outcomes; progress depends on student effort and participation. We are not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or missed classes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Moroccan law.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.
10. Updates to Terms
Funenglish.uk may update these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for checking the website for changes. Critical updates will be communicated to active users via email.
